Policies

Insurance & Payment

Gospel-Centered Counseling does not work with third-party insurers nor provide the diagnostic codes needed for reimbursement. Payments are due prior to each appointment. We accept Zelle, Venmo, or cash (when meeting in person).

Cancellation Policies

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we abide by the following cancellation policy.

Late Policy.
If you anticipate arriving late for your scheduled in person or online appointment, please notify your counselor as soon as possible. While we endeavor to accommodate late arrivals, it is likely that your session will not be able to extend past your normal ending time, and you will still be expected to pay for your full session.

Cancellations or Rescheduling.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require advanced notice of at least 24 hours. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of services. It is our policy to charge a $50 cancellation fee for all no-show appointments or when an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Repeated Cancellations.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows will result in restrictions on future appointment scheduling. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our cancellation policy.
